RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS

Our Recreational classes run Monday - Saturday and offer children from 4 years in full time school and up a structured 55 minute session. All of our classes run for 50 weeks of the year, closing for 1 week in Summer and 1 week at Christmas as well as all Bank holidays. 

Our highly qualified team of coaches follow bi-weekly themes across all of the apparatus that allows children of all ages and abilities to explore, achieve and have fun within the gym.

Our classes are primarily split on age, however our coaches will ensure your child is in an appropriate group within their age band to ensure they can progress and be the best they can be! 

​

The session will start with a 5 minute Warm up, then they will be split into their groups. From here they will rotate through 3 different apparatus which lasts 15 minutes each and end with a 5 minute Cool down.

Throughout the year we run our own award scheme to assess the children and recognise the skills they have achieved whilst working in their sessions.
